Classified as Grade 1, the highest Ethiopian classification, it is a guarantee of rigorous cherry selection and great purity in the cup.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRound and delicate with very subtle bitterness, this coffee is characterized by floral and fruity notes, particularly citrus and raspberry, as well as sweet elements reminiscent of dark chocolate and honey.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis coffee also distinguishes itself through its agro-environmental dimension. His relatively small plots maintain endemic varieties derived from wild coffee trees in the Choche forest. To be more independent and better control his production, he has invested in drying and washing stations.
