House Blend

For our house blend, our goal is to present you with a rounded and balanced coffee that can be enjoyed as black coffee or with milk, all year round at a reasonable price. It offers gourmet notes, without too much bitterness or acidity. It is in the search for these qualities that we select and blend coffees of different origins according to the harvest seasons in each producing country.

Currently, we are delighted to offer you a balanced blend of two coffees, one from Nicaragua with its subtle notes of caramel and dried fruit, the other a delicate and velvety Ethiopian, slightly fruity.

From Nicaragua, this coffee comes from the Dipilto mountain range in Jalapa, located in the north of the country and one of the most emblematic coffee-growing regions. In this region, the Buenos Aires farm is one of the most recognized winners of the Cup of Excellence in Nicaragua in recent years. The secret to its success? Its rich biodiversity, its increasingly resilient production management, its rigorous post-harvest controls, and, above all, the passion that each employee brings to the project every day.

From Ethiopia, we chose Chelbessa, from the Yirgacheffe region, famous for its high-quality coffees. Chelbessa, with its velvety mouthfeel, adds a touch of smoothness to the blend, while maintaining its rich, indulgent notes and low acidity.
