For our house blend, our goal is to present you with a rounded and balanced coffee that can be enjoyed as black coffee or with milk, all year round at a reasonable price. It offers gourmet notes, without too much bitterness or acidity. It is in the search for these qualities that we select and blend coffees of different origins according to the harvest seasons in each producing country.

Currently, we are delighted to offer you a balanced blend of two coffees, one from Brazil with its subtle notes of brown sugar and dried fruit, the other a very fine and smooth Kenya where you will find notes of citrus and honey.

On the Brazilian side, we opted for coffee Little from the Caparao region, produced according to ecological practices and transported directly from Brazil to France by sail to reduce its carbon footprint by 88%.

And this is our coffee Maasai Kenya which, with its citrus and honey notes, complements and enhances the Mirim to achieve a balanced blend with a moderate intensity, ideal for your espressos with or without milk!
