House Blend

For our house blend, our goal is to present you with a rounded and balanced coffee that can be enjoyed as black coffee or with milk, all year round at a reasonable price. It offers gourmet notes, without too much bitterness or acidity. It is in the search for these qualities that we select and blend coffees of different origins according to the harvest seasons in each producing country.

Currently, we are delighted to offer you a blend of two coffees, the balance between a Colombian with its subtle notes of cocoa and a delicate Ethiopian.

The Colombian wine—70% of the blend—is produced by Hugo Riaño on his small family farm in the Nariño department in the southwest of the country. Bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the west and Ecuador to the south, mountainous, volcanic, and rich in water, the region boasts lush wildlife and flora characteristic of equatorial climates.

Ethiopian cheese comes from the Anfilloo region in the west of the country, near the border with Sudan. It is produced by Torban, a cooperative that combines traditional know-how with respect for the environment. Its members cultivate small plots by hand, without chemicals, in the heart of a dense forest of rare endemic trees.
