Mirim Caparao

We chose this coffee for its typical Brazilian characteristics: smooth, unpretentious, with subtle notes of brown sugar and dried fruit. The result is a simple yet indulgent profile, perfect with or without milk.

But this coffee has many other qualities too! And not only that it comes from the magnificent Caparao region.

Moreover, it is produced using environmentally friendly practices. The producer FAF – Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (Environmental Fortress Farm) – places more sustainable agriculture at the heart of its operations in a country where intensive farming and monoculture are the norm. Their actions focus on several areas: reforestation, polyculture, training, and a comprehensive lifestyle change.

In particular, this "Mirim" coffee from the Caparao region is part of the project Bob-O-Linkwhich aims for holistic coffee quality: environmental, social and in the cup. Sourced from farms that preserve their soils by implementing cover cropping, it is harvested manually.
