We chose this coffee for its typical Brazilian characteristics: smooth, unpretentious, with subtle yet complex notes of caramel, milk chocolate, stone fruit, and citrus. The result is a rich and interesting profile that pairs well with milk if that's your preference.

But that's not its only environmental advantage. This coffee is produced by FAF – Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (Environmental Fortress Farm) – and the Croce family in Brazil. FAF is working towards more sustainable agriculture in a country where intensive farming and monoculture are the norm. Mogiana is part of this project. Bob-O-Linkwhich aims for holistic coffee quality: environmental, social and in the cup. Their actions have several focuses: reforestation, polyculture, training and a global lifestyle change.

Why "Bob-O-Link"? The Bob-O-Link is a migratory bird endemic to Brazil. Every year, it migrates between the USA and Brazil, but it is endangered, a situation exacerbated by intensive agriculture practiced in both countries. The name Bob-O-Link therefore represents a powerful symbol that underscores the vital importance of an ecological and sustainable agricultural approach.
