The Buenos Aires farm is one of Nicaragua's most highly regarded Cup of Excellence winners in recent years. Located in the Dipilto mountain range in Jalapa, in the north of the country, one of the most iconic coffee-growing regions, its success isn't the only secret. It also stems from a focus on biodiversity, increasingly resilient production management, and rigorous post-harvest controls. Finally, it's undoubtedly the result of the passion that each employee brings to the farm every day!

This coffee has a profile perfectly suited to espresso preparation, either black or with milk. The cherries are pulped and then washed to remove the mucilage before being dried on patios for 8 to 15 days, depending on the weather. This "washed" process results in a clean, classic coffee with subtle notes of caramel, dried fruit, and orange.
