Palermo is an exceptional coffee with intense and rich aromas of stewed red fruits, caramel, and dark chocolate. Full of sweetness and with very little bitterness, this coffee will surprise you!

Furthermore, it is transported to France by sail from Colombia, which reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 88% compared to conventional transport.

The source of quality lies in the details. It is produced using traditional methods at the Cerquera family's Finca La Lindosa, located in the village of San Pedro, within the municipality of Palermo, in the Colombian department of Huila. The coffee cherries are harvested by hand and then hand-sorted to select only the finest. This is followed by fermentation for 12 to 24 hours, and then sun-drying or mechanical drying.

And this isn't just any farm. "We're in our fourth generation of coffee farming, with over 60 years of experience," says farm manager Amin Cerquera. "My whole family has always been involved in coffee production. [...] I hope to involve my children in the business to ensure the continuity of production and support for the farming community."
