We chose this coffee for its typical Brazilian characteristics: rounded, unpretentious, with subtle notes of brown sugar and dried fruit. The result is a classic yet indulgent profile, which is perfect enjoyed with or without milk.
But this coffee has many other qualities, too! Not least the fact that it comes from the magnificent Caparao region.

Firstly, it is transported directly from Brazil to France by sailboat to significantly reduce its carbon footprint.
Furthermore, it is produced using ecological practices. The producer, FAF (Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza - Environmental Fortress Farm), places virtuous agriculture at the heart of their business in a country where intensive farming and monoculture are the norm. Their efforts focus on several areas: reforestation, polyculture, training, and overall lifestyle change.
Specifically, this "Mirim" coffee from the Caparao region is part of the Bob-O-Link project, which aims for comprehensive coffee quality: environmental, social, and in the cup. Sourced from farms that preserve their soil by implementing cover cropping, it is harvested by hand.
